We make sure every dish has the best ingredients we can source.

We use local producers as much as we can. All of our meat is sourced from an award winning Duchy owned family run farm in Newton St Loe 3 miles from our kitchen. Our meat is delivered daily by the butchers and we also have a freezer of our frozen fine dining ready meals in their Farm shop.

We walk 20 seconds around the corner to Eades the Green Grocers to buy all our vegetables. Eades is an institution in Bath as it has been run by the same family for 7 generations. Some of the vegetables we use even come from allotments of customers of Eades.

Our fish is delivered fresh every week from award winning Wings of St Mawes in Cornwall. We use another family run business in Bath for all our Cash and Carry items called La bottega. A lovely Italian family who knows about their olive oil, wine and parmesan cheese and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As you can see buying the best most exquisite ingredients is vital to us to make sure we keep the high standards we strive to achieve with each dish produced.
